CSA Membership Agreement
Thank you for your interest in our CSA Subscription. Please expand and read each category below to learn more about our CSA policies to ensure a CSA is right for you!
By signing-up for our CSA Membership you agree to the following terms:
-
As a CSA member, you receive a guaranteed selection of fresh, locally grown produce each week, even when our farmstand sells out of popular items. Your CSA share is more than just a box of vegetables—it’s an investment in our farm’s entire growing season, and we’re committed to sharing the harvest with you.
Your CSA share represents the result of careful planning, seeding, planting, irrigating, weeding, harvesting, washing, and packing. We are dedicated to providing you with the freshest, highest-quality produce while treating our members with the utmost respect. While we anticipate a bountiful season, nature can be unpredictable, and some crops may thrive more than others. We grow a diverse selection of vegetables, but availability may vary seasonally.
By joining our CSA, you become part of a shared commitment. Your support helps sustain our farm through the challenges and successes of the season. In return, we promise to do everything we can to provide you with an abundant and fulfilling CSA experience.
CSA is more than just a transaction—it’s a relationship built on trust, dedication, and a shared love of nourishing our community.
Each weekly box includes at least 5-7 seasonal items, with extra produce added during especially bountiful weeks. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy budget-friendly meal recipes, and additional benefits.
-
To ensure that as many families as possible have the opportunity to participate in our CSA program, we limit memberships to one CSA share per household. Our CSA spots are limited and often fill quickly, so this policy helps us serve a greater number of community members.
If you would like to supplement your weekly produce, we encourage you to shop our farm stand, where you can find additional items available for purchase.

While we’re unable to hold or reschedule shares due to the complexities of our CSA logistics, we understand that life happens. On occasion, we may be able to accommodate a switch between pickup days (Thursday or Friday of the same week), but we kindly ask that these requests be kept to a minimum. If switching a pick up day please email csa@partridgecreekfarm.org as soon as possible.
To ensure the freshness and quality of our produce, CSA boxes do not roll over to the following week if a pickup is missed. Instead, any unclaimed boxes are donated weekly to local food pantries, helping to support our community.
-
Due to the structure of our CSA, we are unable to cancel memberships mid-season. However, we recommend the following options:
Gift the remainder of your CSA season to a veggie loving friend or community member.
Have us donate your share to a local food pantry.
Donate the unused portion of your payment (cost of your box minus weeks used) back to PCF.
No refunds will be given after payment is received.
